Amputation after overseas traffic collision

A women who lost an arm in a road traffic accident which killed eight French tourists in Morocco is suing her former friend who was behind the wheel.

Her former friend who was driving the land Rover, is at the centre of a compensation battle for hundreds of thousands of pounds after the crash in March 2005.

The women in the passenger seat of the Land Rover, is now suing for £30,000 in damages after she had to have part of her left arm amputated.
