Woman suffers whiplash after car accident with bus
A woman was cut from her car and taken to hospital following a road traffic accident with a bus in Cornwall yesterday.
The car which the woman was driving had three other passengers which were aged 19 and 20.
The woman suffered suspected whiplash resulting in back and neck injuries but they are not thought to be life threatening. The bus driver was unhurt and it is not known if any passengers were on the bus.
The three passengers though unhurt were taken to hospital and treated for shock.
A spokesman for Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, said "After a short amount of time the female casualty was released by fire service personnel and was conveyed to hospital by ambulance"
