Asbestos-related cancer sufferer finds treatment in Germany

Debra Brewer discovered that she had mesothelioma, a cancer of the lung from asbestos exposure, at the end of 2006.

Her exposure to asbestos dust happened when she was a little girl playing with her Dad. He used to wear his asbestos dust covered overalls home from his work as a lagger in the Devonport Dockyard.

Debra's claim for compensation was run by John Messham one of the specialist industrial disease lawyers at Bond Pearce LLP.

John helped Debra to obtain a six figure out of Court settlement in her claim. She has used part of her compensation to pay for treatment in Germany that is shrinking her tumour.
