Pedestrian Accident causes injury to ribs and shoulder
Harry was walking towards the High Street in his home town around 5.00pm. As he was walking he suddenly tripped over a defect in the pavement. He fell violently forward and landed on his right side breaking 2 ribs and suffering an injury to his right shoulder.
Harry suffered constant pain for some time, was unable to lift anything and suffered loss of earnings as he was self-employed.
