Motorcycle courier hit by London bus
A parked bus pulled out into the side of a motorcycle courier in central London causing serious arm injuries. London motorcycle courier Jason, 20, was injured when he was hit by a bus that had been parked up in the bus lane when it pulled out into his side. Jason broke his wrist and his index finger and suffered cuts and bruising to his arm. Independent witnesses supported Jason's version of events and despite the defendants initially saying that Jason was to blame, a settlement was quickly reached.
