There were 198,735 road accidents involving injury in 2005. Out of which 27,942 involved death or serious injury. An injury caused by a road crash is sudden, shocking and often has a far-reaching effect on the injured person's life and the lives of those around them. The physical injuries are often devastating but the psychological scars can take longest to heal.

The psychological injuries are often the hardest to cope with. Tracy's understanding and thoroughness means she takes the strain which allows her clients to do just that, cope. A passenger who was injured after the bus was involved in a head on collision sustained a whiplash injury.

The trauma of the accident added with the constant pain of a whiplash convinced her that her injury was much more serious. In fact she believed that she would become paralysed. It wasn't until she met with an expert Orthopaedic Surgeon that her mind was put at ease.

Tracy, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, has a range of legal experience from accidents at work through to industrial disease claims. A life long Plymothian she embarks in water sports in her spare time.
