The split second it takes for two cars to collide can lead to a long, frustrating period pursuing an insurance claim. But Craig Butler knows his way around the complexities of road accidents, even when helping clients who discover that the driver responsible for the crash that harmed them was either uninsured or untraceable.

"Motor insurance is a quagmire of rules, regulations and time limits," says Craig. Some cases involve the Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB), an industry organisation that is supposed to compensate victims of uninsured or untraceable drivers. Dealing with the MIB can be baffling, which is where Craig's expertise and straight-dealing is invaluable.

He also represents many sufferers of chronic pain. "These people sometimes endure years in agony," Craig said. "But we can often find ways of helping - for example, by by arranging medical and occupational rehabilitation - as well as winning compensation."
